How to publish a club schedule online
Published 2026-11-04
Members, families and fans want the same thing: the current schedule, without asking you for it. Publishing gives them a page to read and a feed to subscribe to.
Build the schedule
Create a calendar and add events by hand, or import them from a link or PDF and confirm each one. Everything stays private while you work.
Choose how public it should be
A public page can be opened by anyone and indexed by search engines, which suits a club that wants to be found. An unlisted page is reachable only by its link and asks search engines to skip it, which suits a private group. You can also publish only a subscription feed.
Share the link
Copy the page link or the feed link from the sharing page and post it where your members already look: a newsletter, a group chat or your website.
Keep control
Unpublish the page, switch off the feed, or replace a link whenever you need to. A replaced link stops working immediately.
