Terms of service
Last updated November 3, 2026
These terms govern your use of Weektender. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding agreement. Give accurate information, keep your password secure, and tell us if you think your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Your content
You own the calendars, events, and other content you add. You give Weektender permission to store, process, and display it only as needed to run the service for you and for the people you choose to share it with. You are responsible for having the right to add the content you add, including anything you import from a website or PDF.
Sharing and publishing
New calendars are private. If you invite people, publish a public page, or create an unlisted link or subscription feed, the people you share with, and anyone who has an unlisted link or feed address, can see that calendar's events. Sharing is your decision and your responsibility. You can stop publishing or regenerate addresses at any time, but copies others have already made are outside our control.
Google Calendar
Signing in with Google does not give Weektender access to your calendars. If you separately connect Google Calendar, you authorize us to act on the calendars you pick, as described in the privacy policy. Google-hosted calendars remain in your Google account and are also subject to Google's terms. You can disconnect at any time.
Importing events
Import uses an AI service to find events in links and PDFs you submit. It can be wrong or miss details. Nothing is added until you review and confirm it, so please check each event before you accept it. Only import content you are allowed to use, and only submit links you are permitted to access.
Acceptable use
Don't use Weektender to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam or harassment, or share content that is unlawful or harmful. Don't probe, overload, or disrupt the service, try to access other people's data, or use the import feature to reach private or internal network addresses. Don't resell or repackage the service without our permission.
Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep Weektender running and your data safe, but the service is provided as is and as available, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Please keep your own copy of anything important; calendar feeds can be subscribed to from other apps for this purpose.
Ending your use
You can stop using Weektender at any time and delete your calendars. To delete your account, contact us. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other people at risk.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Weektender is provided without warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that imported or displayed event details are accurate. You are responsible for confirming dates, times, and locations. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for missed events or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the previous twelve months (or zero if you paid nothing). Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and for significant changes we will tell signed-in users. Continuing to use Weektender after a change means you accept the updated terms.
